To All of our Sponsors and Supporters
Recently we were contacted by a group stating that they were trying to collect a debt owed to one of our vendors and
that if we don't make payment to them immediately, that they would start calling and harrasing you, our supporters and
members. This group has not identified themselves to us nor told us the vendor that they represent. As this
may be true that we owe monies to one vendor, it is because of poorly printed merchandise that was never used, left with
the vendor nor accepted by us that we refused to pay (2009).
The oppurtunity to make this right was given to the
vendor, as of this date this has not occured (7/11/10).
Further more, the act of this group contacting you our
loyal supporters, friends and family members is a violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and a claim has been
filed with the FTC in regards to this.
We are sincerely regretful that this has happened. We always have
and will continue to pay our vendors on time.
